Your diary.
Always with you.
InflamAI brings your notes, your medication and your routines into one place. For your everyday life with rheuma.
Why InflamAI exists
Far too much for one head.
How were you doing last week? What did you note down, and when? Keeping track is hard. And loose notes end up in a mess eventually.
Loose notes become an overview.
Your diary moves onto your phone. Entries, medication and routines each get a clear place.
Always with you.
Your diary, your medication, your routines. In one place that fits in your pocket.
Get in earlyEverything in one place.
Your diary, your medication, your reminders: InflamAI stores what's otherwise scattered across notes and five different apps.
Always at hand.
What you write down stays findable. How was last week? One look instead of leafing through.

Privacy
Your data stays on your phone.*
On your device
Your entries are processed on your phone, not on our servers.
Sharing? Only if you want to.
A voluntary data donation for research is only an idea for later. It doesn't exist today. If it comes, nothing happens without you: you would have to actively turn it on yourself. Beforehand, we'll clearly explain which data would be used and what for, and you can change your mind at any time.
Deletable anytime
One tap in the settings and your data is gone.
* We may offer an optional data donation for research during the beta. Even then, your data stays on your device: nothing is transferred unless you explicitly and actively opt in.
You're not alone.
Rheumatoid arthritis alone affects around 18 million people worldwide (GBD study 2021). Add axial spondyloarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, Sjögren's and the other inflammatory rheumatic conditions, and available estimates put it well over 50 million. We're building InflamAI for you.
Source for the 18 million: Fu L. et al., BMC Rheumatology 2025;9(1):114, an analysis of Global Burden of Disease data from 1990 to 2021. It reports 17.92 million people living with rheumatoid arthritis worldwide in 2021. The combined figure for all inflammatory rheumatic conditions is an estimate drawn from several separate sources and does not come from this study.
A personal note
I'm building InflamAI because I know firsthand how overwhelming and cluttered rheuma can be. I want our mornings to no longer be ruled by chaos, but ordered and within reach.
We're still early. But one thing holds from day one: we stay by your side.
Be there from the start.
The beta is starting soon. Sign up and we'll message you when it begins.

Where we want to go.
One day, InflamAI should be more than a diary. What we dream of, and why none of it is in the app today on purpose, is on the vision page.
To the visionFrequently asked
No. InflamAI is not a medical device and not CE-certified. The app is a wellness and organisation companion: a diary with medication reminders and exercises. It doesn't diagnose, doesn't give treatment recommendations and doesn't replace medical care.
As long as you're in the beta, you pay nothing. Nothing is set for the time after. Our promise: InflamAI stays affordable, and beta members hear about every change first.
Your entries stay on your phone and are processed there. There is no InflamAI server collecting your entries. A voluntary data donation is only an idea for later. If it comes, you would first learn exactly which data would be used and why, and you would have to actively turn it on yourself.
For people living with inflammatory rheumatic conditions such as axial spondyloarthritis (ankylosing spondylitis), nr-axSpA, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren's syndrome, polymyalgia rheumatica, reactive or enteropathic arthritis. You can also use the app for everyday life with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, endometriosis or ME/CFS.
No. All you need for InflamAI is a phone. InflamAI will be available for iOS and Android, including during the beta.
